Initial Deep Clean (First Visit Only):
$100 per bedroom (flat rate)
Plus $35 per hour of actual cleaning time
Includes full top-to-bottom clean (dusting, baseboards, deep bathroom/kitchen work, linen change if Airbnb)
Ongoing/Upkeep Clean (After Initial Visit):
$35 per hour
Ideal for regular Airbnb turnovers or residential maintenance cleans
Notes:
Travel time: Add $1 a mile if property is outside standard service area
Minimum charge: $70 [2 hours minimum]
Add-ons: [hot tub cleaning, pet cleanup, same-day turnover] priced separately
